Our team brings a broad and deep well of business expertise to your dental practice; but, the reality is that no one knows your business like you do. Joining Array Dental Group does not mean giving up your position as a leader in your office, or relinquishing all decision-making authority. In fact, it’s the opposite: nearly all key practice decisions are made in collaboration with you and, as the doctor, you remain the leader of your office. In addition, at Array, we maintain strict firewalls between the business and clinical sides of every practice we serve. Our job is to keep your schedule full and your practice running efficiently—what happens once a patient sits in the chair is for a licensed dentist to decide.
